Maya Lamp (Pointy)

made in my living room, one at a time.

this started as a gift for people i love - something thoughtful, useful, a little unexpected.

a year of sketching, testing, failing, and fixing later: the maya lamp. one pointy, one round.

each lamp prints in three separate parts over nine hours, then gets cleaned, assembled, and packed by hand.

a custom thread mechanism gives access to the bulb - a small detail, but a satisfying one.

no warehouse. just me, a 3D printer, and too much coffee.

compatible with e26/e27 led bulbs. smart bulbs like philips hue work great.
(not compatible with incandescent bulbs - they run too hot.)
