At Walmen Design, we believe in creating products with care, which is why each order is made and processed with the utmost attention to detail.

Processing Time
All items are 3D printed and hand-assembled to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most domestic shipments should arrive within 5–7 business days after leaving our studio.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Packaging
We take extra care to pack your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging materials are chosen with sustainability in mind.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, production will have begun, and we may not be able to make changes.
